| Educational Qualification |
- Executive Director : MBA (Finance/ HRD) with at least 10 years of experience OR Serving (on deputation) or Retired officer from State Govt/ Central Govt/ Public Undertaking.
- Chief Administrative officer : MBA (HRD) with minimum 10 years of experience OR Serving (on deputation) or Retired officer from State Govt/ Central Govt/ Public Undertaking.
- Consultant Technical : B.Tech/ B.E (civil) from a recognized institution (with at least 60% marks), if any postgraduate degree preference shall be given. Experience of at least 15 years preferably in construction company/ Corporation or Govt. Or Retired Superintending Engineer, Govt. of Bihar
- Executive Engineer : B.Tech/ B.E (civil) with 10 years of experience in infrastructure sector. Candidate having an additional qualification as diploma in construction management/ project management will be preferred. Or Serving (on deputation)/ Retired ex-engineer of govt. of Bihar with above qualification.
- Executive : Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma in Engineering in any field with essential knowledge of computer.
